General

When will my order ship?

Some items may ship in separate packages depending on stock and availability. Most items ship within 2-5 business days. Tracking numbers for all separately sent packages will be provided.

Can I commission a custom Found object?

Absolutely! Please send me an email at hey@lilmaisons.com with a photo of the piece, any information about the piece (materials/composition) and any design requests you may have. Prices vary due to nature and complexity of the found objects.

Can I cancel my order?

Custom and made-to-order pieces are processed as quickly as possible and cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Apparel and Paper orders cannot be cancelled.

Objects

How do I take care of my Lil Maisons piece?

Each item will include it’s own specific care card as each item is unique and made from different mixed media materials. However, generally the best way to maintain the quality of your piece and extend it’s lifetime is to dust regularly, clean any dirt with a clean damp rag, and keep in a place in your home that is not in full sun for more than a few hours a day, as any resin used on your piece may yellow.

My piece arrived broken. Can I get a refund?

All items are final sale. Great care is taken to package your order, but accidents obviously happen. Please contact me with a photo of the item within 3 days of delivery by emailing hey@lilmaisons.com. Depending on the item and availability, a refund, credit or replacement will be issued.

Apparel & Paper

Can I return my apparel or paper item?

Most of our apparel and paper goods are produced on demand. Therefore, all apparel items are final sale, unless there is a defect with your item (incorrect item, damaged print, etc). If this is the case, please email me at hey@lilmaisons.com with a photo of the item and your order number, and I will be happy to offer a refund or replacement.
