Lil Maisons came from the idea that we fill our living spaces with objects that are not only beautiful, but they tell our stories, and sometimes other’s stories. These objects make up the backdrop of our everyday lives, weaving a tale of who we are, where we’ve been, and the beliefs we subscribe to. They hold meaning beyond their face value - they hold flowers that live and die, wedding rings and our grandmother’s jewelry, our favorite fruits and books that bring us joy. They are little homes within our home.
LIL MAISONS (“little homes”) is a one-woman object studio born in Los Angeles by Alina Visnic, with themes rooted in nature, femininity, slowness, fantasy and wildlife. Adding in natural mixed-media elements and featuring elements of color, texture, energy and curiosity, each piece is handmade and unique. lil maisons hopes you find yourself returning to the quiet excitement of the everyday and the simple beauty all around us.
